Holger Haubold is ECF’s Director for Data Collection and Intellectual Property. He is responsible for ECF’s work on the Social Climate Fund, on fiscal incentives for cycling in Europe, on the economic benefits of cycling, and on cycling data collection. He has published various reports on these subjects, also comparing cycling with other modes of transport and placing it in the wider mobility system. Holding a master’s degree in European Economic Studies from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, Holger has previous work experience at the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union and in corporate public affairs.
