Orest Oleskiv (UA)
Lviv City CouncilOrest Oleskiv is the Deputy Director of the Department of Urban Mobility and Street Infrastructure for Bicycle Infrastructure Development at the Lviv City Council. He has worked in various positions at Lviv City Council for 12 years, from 2019 to 2024 as Head of the Transport Office. He coordinated the development of Lviv’s Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan, as well as recent Lviv’s Cycling Development Plan. In 2015, Orest was also one of the founders of the Lviv Cyclists’ Association.
